Located near Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (10min by car), in the centre of the western coast of France and on the outskirts of an 18-hole golf course, Les Appartements de Fontenelles offers guests easy access to the beach, which is just a 15-minute drive away. Offering a choice of apartments, Madame Vacances' selection of pretty whitewashed accommodation is ideal for those wanting to enjoy golf, theme parks, the beaches of the Atlantic and more. The residence's swimming pool of the residence is open from 24/05 to 15/09 (subject to weather).

Saint Gilles Croix de Vie is a seaside resort on the Vendée coast, between Saint Jean de Monts and Les Sables d'Olonnes. Immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings, with hiking, cycling and more available in the local area, or make the most of the close proximity to the golf course during your stay. Coëx is just 5km away and offers shops, restaurants and cafés, as well as a pretty village feel and parks. The town of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie also offers a wide range of activities, including a theme park, along with plenty of outdoor pursuits. The famous Puy du Fou park is also nearby.

The accommodation

Guests can choose from apartments sleeping between four and eight people during their stay at Les Appartements de Fontenelles, ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. This is the ideal place to enjoy the serene surroundings of the golf course, as well as the many outdoor activities available in the local area. The buildings are modern with plenty of greenery surrounding them, while each of the apartments enjoys a clean, mostly white interior, helping to make the most of the natural sunlight.

Guests can enjoy a self-catered holiday here, with each of the apartments including a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette. There is a dining area in the kitchen or living room, as well as furniture on the balcony, ideal for those wanting to dine al fresco during their stay. The complex also offers guests access to a pétanque strip. Free WIFI only at reception.

Board options

Les Appartements de Fontenelles all come with a fully equipped kitchenette, allowing guests to enjoy a self-catered holiday. There are two restaurants onsite, serving traditional French cuisine and brasserie style dishes, as well as a restaurant in nearby Coex, serving crepes and other French dishes. Those wanting to prepare their own meals will find a market in Coex, a supermarket 9km away and a hypermarket 12km away from the property.

Payment conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

- If you choose Standard Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the arrival date: repayment of the deposit
-Between 30 days and the date of arrival: 100% of the total price will be retained.
-No show: the total price of the reservation will be retained

- If you choose Non Refundable Conditions

As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
