CORONA VIRUS INFORMATION

During these unprecedented times, we are all still rather uncertain about travelling and booking holidays abroad.

For your peace of mind, all summer stays booked now (as of 1 May 2020) can benefit from free cancellation up until 7 days prior to arrival, on accommodation managed by Madame Vacances. Bookings of villas with private pools allow free cancellation up until 30 days prior to arrival.

We are delighted to have Le Chateau de Candie open and we are now opening other destinations and really looking forward to welcoming guests again.  Whilst we are following strict hygiene regulations, we guarantee the same level of service that we have always given.

We advise all our clients to check the guidance given by both the UK and French governments.  Our customer service department is here to answer any questions you may have from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

* Our teams have been trained on the new protocols to follow and have reinforced the cleaning process with the recommended products. Particular attention is paid to frequent points of contact (door handles, remote controls, switches…). Accommodation and common areas are aired regularly. At reception our teams wear masks and antibacterial hand gel is available. Physical distancing and a one-way system have also been put in place.

The swimming pools will be opened gradually over the next few weeks with certain restrictions and hygiene measures in place in accordance with government recommendations. For everyone’s safety we ask that all customers follow these directives.

The other leisure facilities will be opened in accordance with government authorisation.
