La Dune  

Location

Résidence La Dune welcomes you on the seafront, 500 metres from the main beach and a short walk from the shops. From studios to villas and apartments, the residence offers a wide range of accommodation options. Pick what suits you best!
The swimming pool will be opened at the end of May 2023.

All the apartments and houses have :
- Kitchen with fridge, micro-wave, dish-washer, coffee-machine, hob
- AC
- TV
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Balcony or terrace
- Animals are not admitted

Extras

Included :
- Outdoor car park

- Acess to the outdoor heated pool
- Cleaning kit
- Wifi at the reception (no wifi in the apartments)

Payable extras:
- Washing machine 5 Eur/wash and 3 Eur/dry
- Cot: 6 Eur/day or 26 Eur/week; Baby chair: 2 Eur/day or 9 Eur/week
- Bed sheets 16 Eur/bed
- Towels 12 Eur/pers
- Beds made upon arrival 10 Eur/bed
- Mid stay or end of stay cleaning 40-150 Eur
- Serenity pack (bed sheets and towels, end of stay cleaning) : 95-235 Eur

You will find many activities near your holiday rental in Valras-Plage. Whether you're there for a few days or two weeks, you won't be short of things to do!
Farniente, reading by the sea and aquatic activities will punctuate your stay at Valras-Plage. Why not take the car to visit the must-see places nearby.

Activities

Horse riding in Languedoc-Roussillon, discover regional gastronomy and the largest French vineyard, you can enjoy the beaches of Valras Plage, Sérignan or Vendres Plage... Discover the typical villages from the hinterland, and why not a stroll to Spain (La Jonquera, with these big shopping centers, is only 1 hour by car). Discover Montpellier and its famous Place de la Comédie, Sète and its charming port, the bassin de Thau and its oyster and mussel farms...

Payment Conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 installments if booked more than 70 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 installments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)
- 100% at time of booking

Additional Extras:
- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to final payment
- Any extras added after final payment to be paid at time of addition to booking

Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
- Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival date: 45% of total accommodation cost
- Between 20 and 8 days prior to arrival date: 60% of total accommodation cost
- Between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival date: 90% of total accommodation cost
- 3 days or less prior to the arrival date: 100% of total accommodation cost
