Location

Les Demeures Torrellanes*** is ideally located in the small town of Latour-Bas-Elne, 4km from St Cyprien. Away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside, this town is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the many charms of Catalonia. The residence was designed around the theme of Dali.

Apartments

In all accommodation: - Kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4 hotplates, mini-oven, electric coffee maker and storage space. - Living room with a convertible sofa bed for 2 people and a TV. - Bathroom and WC. - Terraces for houses and balconies for apartments.

Facilities

The swimming pool with paddling pool (200 m2) is at your disposal every day from 9am to 8pm, from April to the end of September.
- Wellness space (at an extra cost) with jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room. The wellness area is available during the opening hours of the reception. Due to the drought in the Pyrénées Orientales, the jacuzzi is closed until further notice.
Laundry Room
For your convenience, we provide you with equipment (small appliances, cleaning and baby equipment). Do not hesitate to ask at the reception desk for the different equipment available. They must be returned to the reception on the day of check-out.

Saint Cyprien

Saint Cyprien, in the famously idyllic south of France, is a popular resort which is well suited to a wide selection of tourists. Situated in a secure and welcoming stretch of French coast in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountain range, the region boasts excellent amenities, including award winning golf courses. There is no shortage of stunning ocean views in the resort as Saint Cyprien is home to both a beautiful, blue flag winning beach and a world renowned harbour. Further inland, green fields and thick woodland cover the open countryside.

Activities

Many Saint Cyprien holidays revolve around the resort's picturesque marina and beach. As a result, some of the most popular activities for tourists include water sports. Here, holidaymakers can go snorkelling or diving in the clear Mediterranean waters, try sailing and jet skiing on the surface or a spot of quayside fishing (perfect for a fresh seafood dinner at Les Jardins de Neptune). Alternatively, there are plenty of leisurely activities to enjoy on dry land, such as golf, badminton, tennis and squash. In order to make the most of the rural landscape that the region has to offer, visitors can try horseback riding, hiking the 22.5km pedestrian path, or cycling. There is also a fun-filled waterpark nearby, where the whole family can have fun on rides, slides and in the pool. (pool opened from April 15th to October 1st)

The Art Collections of Saint Cyprien

This gallery celebrates the work of local artists through history and also houses some great and famous works. Here you can see pieces by renowned 19th century painters, Eugene Boudin and members of the Barbizon School art movement.

Garden Plants Capellans

This idyllic garden is well known for its shaded paths, flawless flower beds, ponds and small, rocky waterfalls. Coconut and Jubaea trees which are more than 100 years old grow in this five hectare garden, alongside tropical palms, bamboos and water flowers.

Handover of keys

Check-in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception on presentation of your accommodation voucher.

Late arrival (after 7 pm)

Please inform the reception or the reservations centre in advance and we will advise you of the late arrival procedure.

Deposit

On arrival we request a deposit of 300Eu (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Payment Conditions

Madame Vacances offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments if booked more than 60 days prior to arrival:
- 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

2) Pay in 2 instalments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival:
- 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival

3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival)

Cancellation Conditions

In case of cancellation the following amounts will be retained:
-Between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the total amount
-Between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total amount
-Between 7 and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount
-Less than 3 days: 100% of the total amount

By Train Perpignan high-speed train station 17km away
By plane : Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport 35 km away
By Road: From Paris, take the A10 to Orléans, then the A71 to Clermont Ferrand and the A75. Join the A9 at Béziers towards Barcelona. Take exit 42 Perpignan Sud. Take the D900 Take the D900 and follow "Argelès / Le Boulou". Take the D914 towards "Argelès / St Cyprien", then exit 7 "Latour-Bas-Elne / St Cyprien". Then take the D11 and follow "Latour-Bas-Elne" then the D40 and follow "St Cyprien" for 2.5 km.
