Roz sur Couesnon is ideally located between Mont Saint Michel, perfect for visiting this world famous landmark, exploring the islands of Jersey and Guernsey and discovering the beauty of the French Emerald Coast.

The Apartments

All apartments are equipped with a living room, a double sofa bed and flat screen TV. A kitchenette with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The aparments also have a bathroom with bath or shower and a terrace or balcony.

Included in the price: Indoor swimming pool, sauna, flat screen TV, free wifi at reception and 1 parking space per accommodation on reservation and dependent on availability.

Check in is from 5pm to 7pm and check out is from 9am to 10am.

Payment Conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment: 1) Pay in 3 installments if booked more than 70 days prior to arrival: - 15% deposit at time of booking, 15% payment 60 days prior to arrival & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival 2) Pay in 2 installments if booked more than 30 days prior to arrival: - 30% deposit at time of booking & 70% payment 30 days prior to arrival 3) Pay in 1 payment (always available and obligatory if booked less than 30 days prior to arrival) - 100% at time of booking Additional Extras: - Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to final payment - Any extras added after final payment to be paid at time of addition to booking

Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained: - Between 30 and 21 days prior to arrival date: 45% of total accommodation cost - Between 20 and 8 days prior to arrival date: 60% of total accommodation cost - Between 7 and 4 days prior to arrival date: 90% of total accommodation cost - 3 days or less prior to the arrival date: 100% of total accommodation cost

By car

From Paris : A13 and A84/E401 (exit 34 then N175) - 370km. From Mans : N12 direction Fougères, cross Fougères (D706 and take A84/E3 exit 32) and Pontorson. D797 Lieu-dit l'Hôpital - 35 610 Roz sur Couesnon. At Roz sur Couesnon, head south on rue de la Fée des Grèves/D289. Then turn right on Rue de la Fée des Grèves/D289. Turn right to stay on the D289. Continue on this road for approximately 550m. Turn left to stay on the D289. At 150m, take the first left and stay on the Route de Saint-Malo/D797. The residence will be on your right.

Dol de Bretagne train station : 15km Pontorson train station 10km.

By plane

Rennes airport is 1 hour from the residence.
