Located on the outskirts of the Moliets golf course, and surrounded by pine trees, the Villas Les Dunes de La Prade are the ideal place for a relaxing break in France. The villas are located in the Aquitaine region of south-west France, a stretch of coastline known for its natural beauty and delicious cuisine.
Just minutes from the accommodation is the centre of Moliets, with shops, bars, and restaurants to ensure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible. There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area, including golf, tennis and horse riding, plus the glorious sandy beaches are within walking distance of the accommodation.

The Villas

Set in a calm and peaceful environment, the Villas des Dunes de la Prade invite you to slow down and embrace a more relaxed pace of life. Each property is modern and meticulously maintained, offering a lush and tastefully decorated retreat. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light, bringing the surrounding Landes forest into the living space and creating an immediate sense of tranquillity.
Varying in size, the villas comfortably accommodate between 6 and 12 guests. Whether you are travelling with family or friends, the estate offers a range of villa types from 2 to 4 bedrooms.

Each villa is fully equipped for your comfort and features:
Living spaces: A spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and a fireplace, ideal for cooler evenings.
Fully equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine with integrated dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, plancha grill, kettle, and toaster.
Bedrooms & bathrooms: The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom (many with a whirlpool bath), complemented by one or more shower rooms and WCs.
Pool & outdoors: A private (unheated) swimming pool set within a large landscaped garden (400 to 1,000 m², enclosed in some villas). A spacious wooden terrace with outdoor furniture completes the setting.
Parking: Private parking and a garage (depending on the villa).

All Villas des Dunes de la Prade are fully self-catered, giving you complete flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace. Local markets and shops offer an excellent selection of fresh regional produce, including seafood, oysters, duck confit and foie gras, perfectly paired with local wines and renowned Bordeaux vintages.
Three restaurants are located within a 10-minute walk of the villas, serving traditional French dishes as well as a variety of international options. The centre of Moliets offers further choice, along with a supermarket, bakery, and well-regarded local butcher all within easy reach and ideal for stocking up for picnics or relaxed meals at the villa.

Moliets

A picturesque area with plenty of outdoor activities to offer visitors, Moliets is well known for its pine forests and beaches. Guests can be as active or relaxed as they wish, enjoying the soft golden sands and warm sunshine, or making the most of the range of water sports offered on the Atlantic coast. Explore the area further and head to the Moliets nature reserve, where there are wildlife ponds and creeks, as well as a forest to be discovered by bike or on foot. Or simply wander through the town and soak up its traditional atmosphere.

Activities

With the waters of the Atlantic Ocean bordering Moliets, there is a huge range of water sports on offer here. High energy activities include surfing, windsurfing and sailing. For something more relaxing, try fishing or paddle boarding during your visit. (Good addresses to do sports: L'Ecole de Surf Du Golf, Velo du Golf, Naeco Stand Up Paddle, Club, Golf Club Moliets.)

Pre-arranged excursions are available exploring the marshes, or stay on dry land and enjoy a game of golf on the 27-hole Moliets golf course. Guests of Summer France can also enjoy preferential green fees for 9 or 27 holes. Kids' clubs with included activities are available for those travelling with the family, and indulge in some adult-only time in the nearby spa which offers a range of treatments.

Golf & Tennis

Moliets is a major destination for golfers. Ranked among the 10 best golf courses in France, the Moliets Golf Club is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. Its position on the edge of the ocean makes it an outstanding location. The desired handicap for the 18-hole course is less than 36 and several holes are links style. Every Sunday during the season there are free introductory lessons for children aged 6 and over.

Things to see

The Adrenaline Parc is worth a visit to burn off some energy, with paint balling, assault courses through the trees and quad biking all on offer.

Bordeaux is around an hour and a half away by car and is world-famous for its wine production, so wine tasting courses are plentiful. Nearby Leon can be reached in just a 10-minute drive and is home to a stunning natural lake with a further range of water sports and activities available, as well as beaches and nature trails to explore.

Payment conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
- If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

2) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
