Just minutes from the accommodation is the centre of Moliets, with shops, bars, and restaurants to ensure your holiday is as enjoyable as possible. There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area, including golf, tennis, horse riding and tennis, plus the glorious sandy beaches are within walking distance of the accommodation.
The Villas
The Villas La Prade are set in a quiet and idyllic location, perfect for those looking to enjoy the outdoors during their stay. Each villa features a clean, modern interior, with the tranquillity of the surrounding natural environment reflected throughout. Some properties enjoy lovely views over the woodland, while most offer large windows and individually styled interiors curated by their owners.
The villas vary in size, accommodating between 6 and 12 guests, making them ideal for families and groups of friends. Most villas feature a private swimming pool set within peaceful natural surroundings, and all benefit from a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.
Villa Features
Whether you are travelling with family or friends, the estate offers a range of villa types from 2 to 4 bedrooms. Each villa is fully equipped for your comfort and includes:
Living spaces: A spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and a fireplace, ideal for cooler evenings.
Fully equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
Bedrooms & bathrooms: The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom (most with a whirlpool bath), complemented by one or more shower rooms and WCs.
Pool & outdoors: A private (unheated) swimming pool set within a large landscaped garden (400 to 1,000 m², enclosed in some villas). A generous wooden terrace with outdoor furniture completes the space.
Included services: Bed linen and beds made on arrival, free Wi-Fi (in the villa and at reception), parking and, in some cases, a garage.
Forest Comfort Villas

Private Swimming Pool
Each villa has a private unheated swimming pool, open from April to October depending on the weather.
Pool heating is possible in certain villas upon request and for a supplement (subject to availability).

All Villas La Prade are fully self-catered, allowing you to prepare meals at your own pace. Local shops and markets offer an excellent selection of fresh regional produce, including oysters, Périgord truffles, duck confit and foie gras, all perfectly paired with local wines and prestigious Bordeaux vintages.
Three restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine are located within a 10-minute walk. The centre of Moliets offers further choice, as well as a supermarket, bakery and well-regarded butcher all within easy reach and ideal for planning relaxed meals or picnics.
