The main beaches are situated 2km from the villa complex, and easily accessible via the cycle paths. Moliets golf course is only 800 metres away, while just under two hours drive away through the stunning Parc Natural des Landes de Gascogne, guests will find Bordeaux. For further day trips, the city of Biarritz is just over an hour away, or visitors can venture over the border into Spain and explore San Sebastian and Pamplona.

The Villas

The prestigious Villas de la Clairière aux Chevreuils offer the perfect setting to relax and unwind in peaceful surroundings. Built in the traditional Landes style and tastefully decorated, they blend seamlessly into the forest backdrop, with exposed beams and chalet-style roofs. Inside, high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the interiors with natural light.
Whether you are travelling with family or friends, the estate offers a range of 3- to 4-bedroom villas.

Each villa is fully equipped for your comfort and features:
Living spaces: A spacious and bright living room with a sofa bed or additional beds, satellite TV, and a fireplace.
Fully equipped kitchen: Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer-dryer, standard coffee machine and Nespresso machine, plancha grill, kettle, and toaster.
Pool & outdoors: A private (unheated) swimming pool set within a large landscaped garden (enclosed in some villas). A generous wooden terrace with outdoor furniture completes the space.

All villas at La Clairière aux Chevreuils are fully self-catered, giving you complete flexibility to prepare meals or enjoy picnics at your own pace. Local shops in Moliets (bakery, butcher, mini-market) are located around 3km from the estate.
If you prefer dining out, two traditional French restaurants are within a 15-minute walk. A little further away, you'll find a seafood restaurant serving fresh, local dishes. The centre of Moliets, just a five-minute drive away, offers a wider selection of restaurants, bars, and cafés.

Moliets

A pretty holiday town in the South of France, Moliets offers fantastic activities and facilities. There are shops, bars, cafés and restaurants in the centre, with the soft golden sands of the beaches not far away. The pine forests that hug the area are home to hiking and biking trails, as well as plenty of pretty spots to stop for a picnic.

Those who want to explore further can head to Bordeaux, which is just a two hour drive away, and an excellent chance to pick up some delicious regional delicacies and some of the best wines in the world. Alternatively, take a trip into Spain and experience a delicious change of cuisine.

Activities

For those looking to relax, there's plenty of choice during a stay at the Villas la Clairière aux Chevreuils. Moliets golf course is just 800m away and provides a stunning backof the Atlantic Ocean and the calming pine forests of the area; guests of the villas can enjoy preferential rates for green fees for 9 or 27 holes. Moliets' main beaches can be found just 2km away from the villas, and are easy to reach by the cycle paths. Alternatively, simply explore the preserved woodland of the area, and the Landes forest on foot or by bike. (Good addresses to do sports: L'Ecole de Surf Du Golf, Velo du Golf, Naeco Stand Up Paddle, Club, Golf Club Moliets.)

Action-packed activities include water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and jet skiing. Animal lovers should head to the horse riding centre, while those wanting to remain on dry land can try tennis, with lessons available for beginners.

Golf & Tennis

Moliets is a major destination for golfers. Ranked among the 10 best golf courses in France, the Moliets Golf Club is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. Its position on the edge of the ocean makes it an outstanding location. The desired handicap for the 18-hole course is less than 36 and several holes are links style. Every Sunday during the season there are free introductory lessons for children aged 6 and over.

Things to see

Take a trip to Spain and visit San Sebastian or Pamplona during your stay for innovative tapas, beautifully framed bays, and shops and bars galore.

Take a trip to the Parc Natural Regional des Landes de Gascogne during your stay and get involved with the water sports available along the river, as well as enjoying the many pretty walking trails to be found in the woods.

History and culture lovers will enjoy a trip to the Chapel of St Laurent du Maâ, which dates back to the time of the Templars.

Payment conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

2) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
