Summer France Villas Club Royal Ocean 17 offers guests the perfect mixture of serenity and activity, with stunning natural surroundings to enjoy during your stay. Our villas are located between the glistening seas of the Atlantic coastline and the quiet of the forest in Moliets, in the south of France.

The soft golden sands of the beach are just a 10-15 minute walk away, with plenty of opportunities to relax, and the centre of the town almost on your doorstep. Located on the fringes of the golf course, there are plenty of chances to enjoy the stunning surroundings during your stay. A two-hour drive from Bordeaux, the region is home to some fantastic cuisine, with Toulouse just over a three-hour drive away, ideal for a day trip to the city.

The villas

Guests can make the most of the stunning surroundings during their stay, with beautiful gardens displaying a variety of trees surrounding the Villas Club Royal Ocean 17. Each of the villas is built in a Californian style and offers bright and airy interiors with clean and modern décor and furnishings, in a detached and semi-detached layout.

Enjoy a taste of luxury during your stay, with most of the large windows in the villas leading out to a private garden and swimming pool. The villas sleep between six to 12 people, ideal for those travelling with a large family or friends. There is a living room in each, as well as a kitchen where guests can enjoy the freedom provided by self-catering. Choose between holiday rental only, or a hotel style service, with all guests enjoying free WiFi access in the reception of the Résidence du Golf.

Private swimming pool

Each villa offers a private unheated pool, opened from April depending on weather and closed in October.

Board Options

All of the Villas Club Royal Ocean 17 are self-catered, allowing guests to enjoy the freedom of cooking their own dishes or exploring the delicious cuisine on offer in the local area. There are three restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking distance, serving a range of French and international cuisine, with plenty of fresh seafood on offer.

Alternatively, there is also a bakery and excellent local butchers, as well as a supermarket, also within walking distance, ideal for those wanting to enjoy a picnic. Guests can also order bread, croissants and pastries to be delivered every morning, payment on delivery each day.

Moliets

An idyllic town with shops, restaurants and plenty of attractions, visitors can make the most of the gorgeous outdoors during their stay at the Villas Club Royal Ocean 17. Here you'll find yourself sandwiched between the soft beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the calm and tranquillity of the pine forest. Relax with a hike or gentle cycle, stretch out on the beaches or get your heart racing with adrenaline filled activities.

With Bordeaux just a two-hour drive away, those wanting to enjoy day trips can try a fantastic wine selection at one of many chateaux and vineyards, as well as some excellent local produce. Alternatively, make the longer three-hour car journey to Toulouse and enjoy its excellent facilities and attractions, including stunning architecture steeped in history.

Activities

Guests of the Villas Club Royal Ocean 17 can be as active or as relaxed as they like during their stay. There are plenty of places to enjoy a day in the warm southern French sunshine, with a picnic basket filled with treats from the bakery and butchers, as well as delicious local wines, cheeses and other French delicacies. The Atlantic coastline offers a fantastic selection of activities for those wanting to enjoy something more energetic, with jet skiing, boat trips, wind surfing and more available. Activities away from the water include golf on the courses which are just seconds from the Villas Club Royal Ocean 17. Guests of Summer France can also enjoy preferential green fees for 9 or 27 holes. To explore the area further, book yourself onto a horse riding trek, hike through the forests or along the coastline, or enjoy the many biking trails dotted around the town and its surrounding countryside.

Golf & Tennis

Moliets is a major destination for golfers. Ranked among the 10 best golf courses in France, the Moliets Golf Club is one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. Its position on the edge of the ocean makes it an outstanding location. The desired handicap for the 18-hole course is less than 36 and several holes are links style. Every Sunday during the season there are free introductory lessons for children aged 6 and over.

Things to see

Hire a car and explore the local area, with plenty of charming villages, towns and cities in the nearby area. The journey to Bordeaux will take you through the beautiful Parc Naturel Regional des Landes de Gascogne, where there is a pretty winding river, incredible wildlife and dense pine forests to be explored.
The Chapel of St Laurent du Maâ is just a five-minute drive or 30-minute walk from the villas, dating back to the Templars and offering a fascinating insight into the history of the area.
Take a day trip into Spain and explore the Basque country, Pamplona, San Sebastian and their fascinating history. Just don't forget to make the switch from French to Spanish!

Payment conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Methods of payment accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.
Arrival date less than 40 days: The total amount of the booking must be paid in full online, by debit/credit card at the time of booking.

Cancellation conditions

1) If you choose Standard Conditions
If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
-More than 30 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the price of the holiday
-Between 30 days and 21 days before arrival: 45% of the price of the holiday
-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

2) If you choose Non Refundable Conditions
As part of the low price non-refundable offer, in the case of a cancellation you will be invoiced for the total amount at any time
