Upon arrival, a large outdoor parking lot makes parking easy (unreserved spaces). The apartment is located in Building F on the first floor, offering convenient access while maintaining the tranquility of the surroundings. Just a few minutes from the fine-sand beaches and the famous Moliets golf course, the residence is an ideal base for exploring the region's natural landscapes and enjoying a wide range of outdoor activities. From forest walks to surfing, golf, and culinary discoveries, Moliets appeals to both vacationers seeking relaxation and sports enthusiasts alike.

"Stay in a pleasant 3 room apartment measuring 36 m² that can accommodate up to 6 people. Functional and comfortable, it features two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeper sofa, offering all the space you need for a vacation with family or friends. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet for added everyday comfort. You'll also appreciate its outdoor space, which includes a terrace and a balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunny climate of the Landes region and relaxing after a day at the beach or on the golf course. Please note: This apartment is located on the second floor (G+1) and is not accessible to people with limited mobility (PMR)."

During the season, free introductory lessons are also offered every Sunday to children ages 6 and up, allowing the youngest players to discover the sport in a special setting.

Payment conditions

Summer France offers 3 options for payment:

1) Pay in 3 instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking, 10% two months before the date of arrival and the remaining balance one month before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available for bookings made by telephone more than 70 days before the stay.
2) Pay in two instalments: 10% deposit at the time of booking and payment of the remaining balance 30 days before the date of arrival. This method of payment is only available when the booking is made more than 31 days before the arrival date.
3) Pay in 1 instalment: pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a discount of 15 GBP on the overall price of the stay. This method of payment is valid for stays of 7 nights or more, booked more than 40 days before arrival and for a minimum purchase of 150 GBP.

- Any extras added more than 30 days prior to arrival will be added to the final payment
- Any extras added after the final payment to be paid at the time of addition to booking.
-If the booking was made under the 'non refundable' terms, the total amount will be debited at the time of the booking (the discount of 15 GBP is not available on these prices).

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cheques*, holiday vouchers*.
*(only for reservations made more than a month before arrival).
For payments desired by cheque or holiday vouchers the deposit must be paid by way of debit/credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the second and/or third payment can be made by cheque or holiday voucher.

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:

-Between 20 days and 8 days before arrival: 60% of the price of the holiday
-Between 7 days and 4 days before arrival: 90% of the price of the holiday
-Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% of the price of the holiday

- If you choose Free Cancellation Conditions

If the client cancels a reservation the following amounts will be retained:
