Guests of Le Domaine du Phare will find 70 twinned holiday cottages, with a traditional French feel. Each of the rooms is brightly decorated with white walls and colourful furnishings, as well as plenty of communal outside space to enjoy. The residence itself is home to a large heated outdoor swimming pool, ideal for the warm summer months, as well as a play area for children. There’s table tennis for those who prefer to be more active, as well as a paddling pool for very little ones.
Each of the cottages offers guests the use of a private garden with a terrace, complete with garden furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a kitchenette in each for those wanting to prepare their own meals using the fridge, microwave, grill, hobs, toaster, cafetière, kettle and dishwasher.
All of the cottages at Le Domaine du Phare are self-catered and come with a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have the freedom to cook their own meals, with a Tip-Top Boutique within walking distance, and a Carrefour and a Coccimarket just 5km away, as well as open-air markets to explore in Bordeaux, which is just over two hours away by car. Those wanting to enjoy a meal out will find a selection of restaurants in the local area serving traditional French dishes and international choices. For some of the world’s best restaurants, including many Michelin star standard, a day out in Bordeaux is a good option.
